GET TO KNOW ME

Hi, I’m Lula.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in General Business. More than that, I’ve always been deeply curious about life, growth, and what it means to live well.

I come from two cultures. My father is Ethiopian. My mother is French Canadian. That duality has shaped the way I move through the world. I love to travel, and I often return to Ethiopia to reconnect with that side of myself. Experiencing different ways of living, resting, moving, and relating has deeply influenced how I view wellness.

I’ve always seen life as a creative act. A blank canvas. A palette with endless possibility.

Following that curiosity led me to study psychology, explore movement, and eventually create Ripe Vision.

Through my own journey, I learned that self-love cannot be boxed into a single habit or routine. It is woven into how we move our bodies. How we nourish ourselves. How we rest. How we speak to ourselves. How we show up when things feel uncomfortable.

That understanding is the foundation of my work.

Ripe Vision offers virtual one on one personal training and life coaching, along with workout challenges, digital resources, and written reflections through the blog. Everything I create is designed to support women in building sustainable routines and strengthening every layer of wellness.

I am still on my own path of growth and healing, and I bring that honesty and care into the space I hold. My hope is that Ripe Vision feels like a place where you feel supported, encouraged, and free to evolve at your own pace.
